MECHANICS: the mechanics of Bulltec Sorting Machines are simple, efficient and sturdy.

Conveyor belts are the most practical and efficient means to manage the sorting of potatoes and onions. Even if they are wet or with earth, sand or stone residues. Maintenance is fast and easy to carry out, requiring only regular tensioning.

OPTICAL SYSTEM: potatoes and onions are sorted exclusively by size. So why use an incredibly complex, delicate and expensive detection system?

Our electronic optical system quickly and accurately sorts the products by shape and size and sends them to the correct sorting channel.

EJECTION: the individual ejection system managed by the software connected to the display, allows to better handle the different types of product through the speed and force adjustable mechanical actuators.

It is autonomous from the in-feed conveyor and this avoids mechanical faults while allowing the use of the system at full load for maximum production efficiency.

VERSATILITY: the main feature of "Calibra-T" is the flexibility with which it can be used to meet different needs.

It can replace an obsolete sorting machine or be used to set up a sampling line in a large company, be added to an existing production line or used by small-sized companies to set up a profitable sorting plant



• Potatoes:
regardless of the shape, whether it be oblong or round, the Calibra-T sorting machine ca handle between 13,000 and 15,000 units per hour.

• Sweet potatoes: this type of vegetable has significant variability in shape and size, but Calibra-T guarantees high productivity: between 8,000 and 10,000 pieces per hour.

• Onions (flat and round):
for both varieties, Calibra-T guarantees a standard output of between 13,000 and 15,000 fruits/hour.

The raised in-feed belt conveys the product to a vibratory hopper that has a special area in which debris and leaves are gathered and discharged. The product is then conveyed to the two lanes of the electronic sorting machine.
Sizing settings in the image are used to prepare 5 kg cartons or boxes that are then placed on special supports.
By rotating the central hopper to the opposite side, the product can be ejected into a bin.
If for commercial reasons, a product is not to be sorted, it is ejected into boxes or bins placed at one end of the sorting machine.
