First, we appreciated Bulltec\u2019s enthusiasm and proactive approach to us. From the beginning, there has been great willingness and cooperation in understanding our needs, and together we have developed and improved the performance of the machine.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p>There are many advantages that Fellini has seen in processing celery using the new line. This is the process: the raw product from the field is cleaned directly on board the machine and fed into the line; the waste is collected and conveyed by a belt inside a bins. The cleaned celery is placed on a dedicated and specially designed conveyor system. Then it is automatically tied with the required type of webbing. The capacity of the line is about 30 strokes per minute.\u201dIl sedano pulito viene posizionato su un sistema di trasporto dedicato e studiato appositamente. La capacit\u00e0 della linea \u00e8 di circa 30 colpi al minuto\u201d. <\/p>\n\n<p>Specifically, the actual benefits that Fellini has achieved with the new line are as follows: organization of work in less space and greater order and cleanliness on board the machine; increased production capacity per person by about 25 percent; more homogeneous and cleaner taping; and time savings in checking guaranteed weight.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cOur work continues,\u201d intervenes Ruggero Ricci, owner of Bulltec, \u201cin order to find solutions to the needs of businesses. As is well known, what\u2019s not there won\u2019t break.
